The Riverside meeting room is our large meeting room that's able to accomodate up to 40 people. This a great space for large meetings, presesntations, parties, events and anything else one can think of, that abides by the library rules. The Riverside meeting room has a divider so two groups can use the room at the same time, with separate doors and entrances. This is the only room(s) that can be booked outside of our standard operating hours. If the room is needed before the library opens, then a key will need to be checked out the night before. Not all meetings are guaranteed if they do not follow the BCLD meeting room rules.
Requests for this room need to be confirmed through email within 6 hours of booking, otherwise the time and room will no longer be held.
